Auto incident, 2/20/10 Officers responded to Burger King on a report of a domestic disturbance between a male and female, but were unable to find the pair. Seconds later police dispatch reported a male falling off a moving vehicle at Carroll Drive. Cops determined the 19-year-old male, who was under the influence of an unspecified prescription medication, had jumped out of their moving vehicle. He was treated for minor injuries and transported to Kaiser.
Chinese new year, 2/20/10 Police were called to a Donald Drive residence on a report of a loud party. An anonymous caller reported fireworks being set off by residents. Police determined adults were having a party and the "fireworks" were actually legal noise makers.
D.U.I., 2/21/10 At just after midnight, an intoxicated woman crashed her car into a gully at St. Mary's College. She was the sole occupant of a late model BMW that ran over a curb and struck a small tree upon entering the South Claeys residential housing parking lot, then continued driving down a small embankment.
Petty theft, 2/20/10 A grey Volvo was parked in an Ascot Drive parking lot, sometime during the night or early morning the owner found her car doors open and the car rifled through. The car was unlocked and thankfully the only item missing was less than a dollar in change.
