On Feb. 15 in Pacifica, Miramonte High School senior Sean McFeely, pictured with coach Sandra Maguire, won the Area 2 American Legion Oratorical Contest, which is designed to develop deeper knowledge and appreciation for the U.S. Constitution among high school students. He advances to the State Finals March 8 in Los Angeles.
