Kirbach and Muller are members of Sunflower Hill, an East Bay nonprofit developing residential and vocational opportunities for individuals with autism, Down syndrome and other developmental delays.
During their visit to the capitol, Kirbach and Muller visited the Senator floor and learned about district priorities.
