National Recognition
Acalanes High School senior Chris Lane was named to the 2014 Brine National High School All-American team. He was selected to represent the Western Region at the Brine National Lacrosse Classic. The tournament is played June 30-July 3 in Maryland.

Strokes Take National Titles
Oakland Strokes competed at the US Rowing Junior Nationals and took home three medals. Over 130 rowing clubs and 1,800 athletes from across the country traveled to Lake Natoma in Folsom to compete at the event in mid-June.

Seals End Season in New York
The LBA Seals completed their spring season by competing in a 104-team national tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park from June 14-20. SMC All-Stars Return to Moraga

First Time, First Win
Eliana Mann of Lafayette competed at the "Pre-Regionals" Invitational Diving Meet over the weekend of May 31. Despite the fact that it was her first time diving at the Junior Olympic level, Mann earned the top spot in the 12-13 year old girls' 1-meter event.
